By accessing or using the services provided by Optovision, including visiting our website, booking appointments, or receiving optometric care, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided
Optovision offers optometry services including eye examinations, contact lens fittings, vision testing, eyewear sales, and related services. All services are provided by licensed professionals in accordance with applicable laws and standards.

3. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.

We accept cash, debit, credit, and insurance (where applicable).

You are responsible for any co-pays, deductibles, or non-covered services not paid by your insurance provider.

5. Insurance
We accept a variety of insurance plans. However, it is your responsibility to verify coverage before your appointment.

We will assist in submitting claims but cannot guarantee payment from insurers.

6. Medical Records & Privacy
All patient records are kept confidential in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA in the U.S., PIPEDA in Canada, or GDPR in Europe).

You may request access to your records by submitting a written request.

7. Eyewear Returns and Warranties
Prescription eyewear is custom-made and not eligible for return unless defective.

Frame and lens warranties vary by manufacturer; warranty details will be provided at time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability
Optovision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website or made available at the clinic. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Jalandhar(Punjab), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
